The photos above were provided courtesy of David Leriche, son of one of our choir members, Viola. A description of one of David's humanitarian projects in Tanzania, which was first published in the Barrick News is republished on this web site on this page. The subject, Pagi Michael, along with her X-Rays, is also included in the photos above. The photo on the top left is of Viola and David taken at St. Andrew's Church the night of Tuesday, March 18, the night when David presented a slide show featuring those and other photos of the children and adults whom he has helped in this African country. (We hope to make these photos open on separate pages and to add descriptive comments for all of the photos on the respective page in due course.) Preceding the slideshow, David left me with those three documents which describe some of the plans that are in place with regards to the AIDS pandemic in Africa. Thank you David for doing the presentation and also for letting us have the copies of those photos to publish to our web site.
