Dear Friends:

Welcome to the Anglican Diocese of Central Newfoundland.  Our Diocese encompasses a large geographical area of the Province of Newfoundland.

Our boundaries extend West to Badger in the Parish of Buchans, we include the Southcoast of Newfoundland both South to the Parish of Harbour Breton and all of the Burin Peninsula.  Our Eastern Boundaries extend to the Parish of St. Mary’s, Clarenville, then North to Bonavista and that area on the Northeast coast as far as the two parishes located on Fogo Island.

At the present time we have approximately 32,000 Anglicans scattered throughout some 32 parishes within the Diocese of Central Newfoundland.  Although we cover a large geographical area, we do Endeavour to meet as a Diocesan Family as often as we can.  We have a camping facility located at Mint Brook, Gambo Pond, which operates from late April until late October each year.  It is there that many of our diocesan events take place and affords our parishioners a glorious opportunity to enjoy diocesan fellowship.
